I had never utilized your service before and the experience was amazing. I received a phone call because you were intuitive enough to figure out that I might not know that I was ordering something for a graveside (I didn’t) and offered a basket for the flowers instead. You also let me know you didn’t have all the flowers needed and offered me another arrangement. I decided to wait the extra day and stick with what I had ordered. My friend sent me the pic of the finished product and it was prettier than the picture online.

I live out of state. I needed to send flowers to my mom who was feeling blue. I ordered from Christine's because I know my mom uses them. It was easy to order online. They called me right away to let me know they were out of a certain flower in the bouquet I ordered. I asked them to replace it with something in the same color pallet. They did an amazing job! The only reason I didn't give a five-star rating was because the roses weren't as fresh as I would have liked for the amount of money spent. Service was friendly and delivery was a bit earlier than I had been quoted. I will definitely use this business again.

The service was excellent. In order to meet requested date, Cristine’s made some substitutions that we were unhappy with. Upon notification, they graciously remade the order to more closely conform to the pictured item and provided a lovely arrangement at no extra cost. While no one desires a service complaint. How the issue is resolved speaks volumes about the business. Thumbs up.
